Cabin may be reserved up to 1 year in advance.  Payment in full must be made, with credit card, at time of reservation.  NO CASH OR CHECKS ACCEPTED!

Cancellations prior to 14 days before arrival will be refunded 50%.  Cancellations within 14 days of arrival MAY receive 50% refund if cabin is rented to another party.  Cancellations must be done in person or written form.

Must provide current driver license ID upon check in.  Only person making reservation may check in.  Maximum of 4 persons in cabin.  One lake access permit will be provided at no additional cost.  Guest must purchase any vessel permit required. Any additional vehicles must purchase appropriate daily permits.

Maximum stay 7 nights.

Linens and towels are provided. No toiletry items are provided.  Maid service and linen change provided only for stays longer than 4 nights.  Cabin includes kitchenette and basic cooking and serving utensils.  All items used must be thoroughly cleaned prior to checkout.  $100 cleaning charge added for cleaning stove and cooking/serving utensils if not cleaned.  Damage or theft will be charged to customer!  Smoking or pets are not allowed in cabin and may incur additional cleaning charges.

Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.  There are no refunds if you are asked to leave due to quiet hours violations.

Check in time during store hours only.  Late check in allowed after store hours only with prior arrangement.  All check in is done at the Lakeside Convenience store.  Check out time is 11:00 AM, MUST COME TO STORE TO CHECK OUT.  $100 charge for lost key!
